The Cellars

The total capacity of the cellar “alla Brunella” is around 3,000 hectolitres; a basement building for the wine production, suitable premises for processing moscato, a new cellar totally underground of 1,600 square metres for refining in steel, wood and bottle, a bottling room, a storeroom for the finished product; all the premises are air conditioned. Born in 2006 a winery exclusively for the aproduction, refining and maturation of only rare Barolo cru.
