Wine produced with nebbiolo grapes coming from the municipality of Monforte. The colour is bright ruby red and on the nose it offers notes of raspberries, cherries preserved in alcohol and spicy nuances such as pepper and nutmeg. On the palate it is particularly pleasant, a wine with plenty of body, with a long and persistent finish. It is a long-tasting wine, matured in cask and barriques for 24 months and refined in bottle for 24 months. Serving temperature is 19-20°C and it is served with important meat dishes such as lamb, kid, boar, feathered game. It is excellent with ripe-strong cheeses and also after meal.
