  • D.O.C. SUPERIORE

Wine produced with Barbera grapes. The colour is dark and intense, almost impenetrable, ruby red. On the nose it offers floral hints of red roses, cherried and blackberry jam followed by vanilla notes and spices. The power of this Barbera emerges on the palate: warm and round with a well balance of acidity and tannins and a very persistent finish. A wine of great structure, matured in barriques for 15-18 months and refined in bottle for 6 months; the serving temperature is 18°C and it is served with very important first dishes: red stewed meats, feathered game, medium-ripe cheeses.
