D.O.C.
Wine produced with nebbiolo grapes, typical red garnet colour with
light orange reflections. The bouquet offers very rounded hints of red
raspberries and spices. On the palate recalls the bouquet's sensations,
it is sapid, with soft tannins, persistent in its elegance. It is ideal
for a long period of ageing, matured in cask and barrique for 6 months
and refined in bottle for 15 months.
Sewing temperature is l8°C and it can be served with red meats and
ripe cheeses.
