The Barolo Villero Riserva is the result of a careful selection with
a long period of aging. Its structure and elegance evolve over time
and the result is a great wine with an excellent and complex balancing
of organoleptic sensations.

for this powerfully structured wine: braised meat with Barolo, hare,
finanziera, roast kid. It goes with strong, mature cheeses such as
Castelmagno, a blue cheese, and the two-year Piedmontese hard Bra
cheeses, the five-year Bitto of Valtellina, the Ragusano of Sicily
while still mild.
