Vineyard: in the territory of Castiglione Falletto; West and North/West exposure; clayey soil; depth on the marl 2/3 metres; growing system Simple Guyot; rootstock SO4; density of vines 4400/hectare; average age of vines 13 years.
Vinification: vinification in white, soft pressing; the must is divided into two parts; the first is fermented in steel at controlled temperature, the other in tonneaux in temperature-controlled rooms. After fermentation, there is decanting and malolactic fermentation, after which the wine is assembled and stored in steel/tonneaux. The wine is bottled in the spring/summer following harvesting.
Description: straw yellow colour; slight vanilla aroma with strong fruity scents reminiscent of apricot and yellow peach. Harmonious, long lasting and fresh taste, with a light scent of sweet wood. Good balance between acidity and body.
