Our Langhe Doc Chardonnay Bel Amì – the only white produced by our winery – has a fresh and persistent taste that is able to perfectly balance the acidity and the full body given by the grapes of origin.Fermented and aged partly in steel and partly in tonneaux, it is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the Castiglione Falletto municipality: our “Bel Amì” is a wine that is well aged and has a great structure that matches the other highly prized labels obtained from these renowned hills.
Ideal to accompany vegetable flans or fish-based dishes, it is presented in the glass with a deep straw-yellow color and a lightly vanilla-scented nose with hints of ripe fruit reminiscent of peach and apricot.
